Students are granted a non-exclusive license to use these for personal educational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Fee Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a specific course's refund policy. Youth Skill Academy reserves the right to modify course fees; however, such changes will not affect students who have already completed their full enrollment payment.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional decorum at all times. Any form of harassment, academic dishonesty, or damage to Academy property will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include expulsion without a refund.

6. Certification

Certificates will only be issued to students who successfully complete the required assessments, maintain the minimum attendance percentage (typically 80%), and clear all financial dues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Youth Skill Academy strives to provide the highest quality training but does not guarantee immediate employment. Career success depends on the individual's performance and market conditions.
